Q:  Can I come for fittings or how do you take my measurements?

A: We are an online boutique, if you want to order a custom dress, you can do it from your own home. We will send you a size chart that you must fill in. Please let a professional take your measurements to avoid disappointment. We also have a few stock dresses, if you would like to meet personally, you can set up an appointment by emailing us at mystiquefourie@yahoo.com.

 

Q: What if my dress does not arrive?

A: Your dress will be sent to you with courier, we will send you a tracking number and confirm its arrival with you. We will not be held accountable for strikes or slow service by postal service.

 

Q: How long in advance do I need to order my wedding dress?

We advise that you order your dress at least 3 months before the wedding. If you need a rush order, please let us know.

 

Q: What if my dress doesn't fit?

A: Since the dress is custom made according to the measurements that you provided, it should fit you. However, we will not be held responsible for wrong measurements.

 

Q: My dream dress is not on your Facebook page or price is over my budget?

A: No problem, please email us your picture and your budget. We will try our best to accommodate you.

 

Q: How long does the making of a dress and delivery take?

A: Our normal delivery time for custom made dresses is about 3-5 weeks. Ready-made dresses designed by our suppliers take maximum 2-3 weeks to deliver. We recommend ordering in advance, but we also accept rush orders. Please let us know if you need it urgently.

 

Q: What is the quality of the dresses like?

A: Our dresses are of high quality, of various fabrics, lace and beading according to the dress design. We have supplied brides with their dream dresses since 2012, you are welcome to browse the ‘Our Brides’ page.

 

Q: What can be customized of a dress?

A: Your dress can be custom made according to your size, the desired dress colour and/or sash colour. We can also alter the train length, add or cancel shoulder straps, and change the neckline (example: sweetheart to straight neck). Please let us know which alterations you would like before we send you a quotation.

 

Q: What are the terms & conditions of renting a dress?

A: You can either hire a stock dress, or have a dress custom made to hire. A R1000 refundable deposit is payable along with the price to rent the dress. The deposit will only be refunded once the dress is received back clean and without any damage. If the dress is damaged, it will need to be paid in full. If you want us to clean the dress for you, the dress must be returned undamaged and we will charge you an additional R300 to have the dress cleaned ourselves. A 60% deposit is payable if we have a dress custom made to hire. The balance with R1000 refundable deposit is payable before the dress is taken. The rented dress must be returned 5 days after the date of the function.

Q: Where can I find out about new dresses?

A: Our Facebook Page ‘Mystique’s Bridal Services’ is kept up to date with all our dresses and there are also regular exciting specials. To ensure that you don't miss out on any new dresses, make sure you 'like' our page and turn notifications on.

We as Mystique’s Bridal Services order most of our products from international suppliers, thus we hold only a few stock dresses for sale and hire. Most of our clients choose to have their dress custom made. Mystique’s Bridal Services will not be held responsible for wrong measurements and order details submitted by clients.
